They needed to stand out, articulate what made their investment approach different, and get in front of exactly the right people.
Rebuilt the entire website, brand messaging and positioning around what made them genuinely different: how they invest, increase property value, and educate their investors. Ran a LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach campaign laser-targeted at high-income professionals. Built a follow-up pipeline in Salesforce so no relationship was ever lost. Designed and built a professional in-house video and podcast studio so they could produce investor education content on demand, saving over $20K versus external production crews.

In one of the most competitive niches on YouTube, I produced, optimized and ranked a single video in the top 3 search results for a high-volume fitness keyword. No ads, no budget, no existing audience. It generated thousands of leads and hundreds of eBook sales, and the channel grew to 40,000+ subscribers.
Cannabis is one of the most heavily restricted advertising categories in Canada, so I built growth engines that didn't rely on paid ads: a full email and SMS marketing strategy segmented by franchise region, creative advertising approaches that worked within the regulations, and promotional video content I produced for the brand.
All-in-one business management software for the fitness and wellness sector, in a fiercely competitive SaaS market. I built and optimized 50+ direct-response landing pages that generated over 15,000 leads, produced a "CEO Tour" video campaign that built brand trust, recruited and trained a 5-person marketing team, and overhauled internal processes to cut costs while scaling. A major US e-learning brand with zero Canadian presence needed to enter the Canadian market fast. I created a Canada-specific site with localized messaging, built affiliate and marketing partnerships with targeted Canadian brands, and ran hyper-targeted social media campaigns. From no brand recognition to 500% revenue growth in six months.
I practice what I preach. I self-published and marketed three books through my own website and channels, built a social following of 45,000+ with laser-targeted organic content, and grew blog traffic 345% through SEO and share-worthy content, with national mainstream media coverage along the way.

Built from scratch in my own home: designed the space, installed the acoustic slat wall and panels, and created a warm, professional on-camera backdrop. This is where I shoot and edit content for myself and for clients. Every video is shot, lit, recorded and edited by me, using Final Cut Pro X, CapCut and other tools as needed.
